Mental Health at Work: It's Time to Talk

There are many things that employers can do to promote mental well-being at work. Here are a few tips:

  • Promote self-care. Self-care is important for everyone, but it's especially important for people with mental health concerns. Encourage employees to find healthy ways to manage stress, such as exercise, yoga, meditation, or spending time in nature.
